We ship free in the US all retail orders and ship to all countries using Fedex Ground service. Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the order as well as the destination. To estimate your shipping charges, simply add products to your cart and click the Estimate Shipping & Tax link.
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. We know that it is not fun when a baby is fussy, so we do our best to ship orders out the same day as long as they are received before 12:00 pm Pacific Time.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, so if you place your order on a Friday after 12 pm PT or over the weekend, your order will ship out on Monday.
For sanitary reasons, we are not able to re-sell used products and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, quality control is important to us. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us an email explaining the issue and we will send you a return address label so we can replace it.
